It was designed as a capable performance cruiser with a masthead sloop or cutter rig, suitable for both club racing and bluewater passage making. The design has a reputation for seaworthiness and strength from years of offshore use. Many L36’s have completed long ocean passages, handling well under sail and offering a comfortable cruiser for small crew or couples. This example has had extensive upgrades and is being sold in great condition. Engine serviced and antifouling are recommended, and other than the life raft needing a service, there would be little to nothing else required.
