Yawl, Selden aluminium mast, mizzen and boom, 1 spinnaker pole, 1 Furlex roller-furling units, stainless steel standing rigging. Rig was replaced with new Selden rig not long before she was taken out of the water for refurbishment.
Total: 3 - Stack-pack Main (new 2022) with lazy-jacks, Mizzen (new 2022) with Stack-pack, roller-furling Yankee. All sails have recently been taken for a full service and check-up - all in good condition.
Total: 8 - Make: Lewmar. 2 x No.58 Self-tailing Primaries, 2 x No.44 Secondaries, 3 Mast and 1 Mizzen. 2 Winch handles. Genoa tracks and cars supplied - not fitted.
45hp Marinized Toyota engine, 100L diesel storage in 2 steel tanks, 3 batteries (2 of NOVA deep cycle new 2022 – 110amp/hr each), 3-blade fixed prop. There is an allocated area for a larger plastic type of tank to increase fuel storage.
Pedestal wheel cable steering, emergency tiller, Raymarine autopilot. Steering pedestal has a beautiful Teak surround with AXIOM Plotter.
Icom VHF, Kenwood SSB, Raymarine Axion Chart plotter (new 2022), Raymarine Radar with Doppler (new 2022), Raymarine - echo sounder, log and wind instruments, forward looking sonar installed – requires laptop for operation, binnacle compass, shore power connection and cable with new shore/inverter, clock, barometer, music system. New 2022 battery management system, New 2022 Victron battery charger.

Antifouled and anodes done along with plimsoll line in 2022. An absolutely stunning classic sailing vessel which has been passionately refurbished. She was fully stripped to a bare hull, sandblasted, new paint system inside and outside, new wiring and new plumbing was done. A Russian master carpenter was used to refit the interior using solid Teak, Cherry and Holly woods. New Lewmar opening portlights throughout as well as all other equipment being replaced during the rebuild i.e. bilge pumps, electrics, lighting, cooker etc. She has beautiful classic lines with a Teak cockpit and Teak on steel decks. She was relaunched re-launched in 2020. Pimpernel is based at the Royal Cape Yacht Club. The current owner is looking for a 50% partner in this blue water boat which has it's base in Cape Town. The owner will consider a 100% sale at R1,650,000.
